Managing partner newsletter campaigns for 28 different countries
Challenge
Epicor is one of the world’s biggest providers of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and other industry-specific enterprise software. They have customers in over 150 countries and serve mid-sized companies across every continent.
Epicor’s business model involves a vast partnership network, where smaller regional companies partner with Epicor to provide sales, services, referrals and development support. They needed a way to communicate with this global partnership network, where they could promote regional case studies, send news and software updates, and nurture their ongoing relationship with individual partners.
Solution
Crash Rhino’s team wrote a quarterly newsletter for Epicor’s partners across 28 countries, collected into unique newsletters for 18 different regions. We created a modularised system where relevant news or case studies could be sent to specific regions. This meant we could write distinct newsletters for every region by reusing relevant copy segments.
We also wrote several landing pages and website copy for Epicor. These were written for specific target personas or to communicate Epicor’s areas of expertise, and were made to both increase sales and further the reach of their partner network.
Result
Our newsletters allowed Epicor to keep regular communication with partners across the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Mexico, Colombia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Taiwan.
We communicated key events, insight reports, webinars, case studies, product launches, software updates, companywide news and recent partnerships. With these newsletters and our landing pages, we supported Epicor’s regional strength across each of these regions and furthered its relationships with the hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of people working in its partner network.
