Challenge

SentinelOne is one of the biggest cybersecurity companies in the world. Despite this dominant presence, their many different services and solutions can be complicated for anyone who isn’t up to speed with technology.

This lack of understanding became a stumbling block for the company during conversations with potential customers. Their marketing team also felt most people weren’t fully aware of the dangers posed by cyberattacks today.

Solution

A new evergreen (always relevant) resources section on SentinelOne’s website was proposed, titled “Cybersecurity 101”. It serves as a glossary for important cybersecurity terminology that new website visitors might not be aware of. By adding internal links, SentinelOne could then easily connect all visitors to these definitions and improve everyone’s user experience when navigating the site.

We supported the creation of Cybersecurity 101 by writing several new pages. Each page was fully SEO-optimised and exists to educate the reader on different cybersecurity concepts and terminology.

Result

Cybersecurity 101 now hosts hundreds of definitions, allowing SentinelOne to significantly expand the size of its website. Thanks to its embedded SEO optimisation, each resource also serves as a potential entry point, with many of these pages achieving 1st page Google rankings at the time of writing.

This has directly translated into more traffic; the site’s organic monthly traffic has quadrupled from 50k to 200k+ on average since Cybersecurity 101 started being published. That number has since grown to over 500k+.

Our content has helped demystify many cybersecurity concepts for SentinelOne’s customers, allowing them to make better use of the company’s solutions. The resource continues to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity, succeeding in both educating and converting visitors so they can keep their data protected.
